Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For international orders, the return request must also be submitted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused
• With tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

International Return Shipping
For international returns, customers are responsible for:

However, we will cover the cost if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union & United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must still be:
• Unused
• Unworn
• With tags
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase
Return shipping costs may still be the responsibility of the customer.
