•    Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund 
•    Customs handling fees may also be deducted 
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Customs clearance procedures are handled by the destination country's customs authorities and the shipping carrier, and we cannot guarantee customs processing times.
